1 Services

DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. provides classroom and online training, micro-courses, certificate programs, career assistance and allied services. Some programs are delivered with or through partners (for example, government or industry vendors).

2 Admissions & eligibility

• Admission is subject to seat availability, prerequisites, KYC (where required) and payment of fees.
• We may cancel or reschedule batches for operational reasons. See Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling.

3 Fees & payments

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise; taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed by secure payment gateways, and you agree to their terms.
• EMI or pay-later plans, where offered, are subject to the partner's approval and terms.

4 Attendance, assessments & certificates

• Minimum attendance and assignment or exam criteria may apply for course completion.
• Certificates are awarded on successful completion and clearance of dues.
• Certificates may carry a digital verification link or QR code. You can check a certificate on our Certificate Verification page.

5 Content & intellectual property

• All content — including videos, notes, code and logos — is owned by DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning. Recording, copying or sharing content without our written consent is prohibited.

6 Acceptable use

When using our services, you must not:

• harass others, upload malware, try to get around security, share your login, or infringe intellectual property;
• break exam integrity, or misuse our name or brand.

7 Placement & assistance

Job assistance, where offered, includes resume support, mock interviews and referrals.

8 Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling

Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the total fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim.

10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

11 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access for policy or fee violations, or for misuse.

12 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
