DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates websites, learning portals and communication channels, including WhatsApp and email. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account & contact: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, city/state/country and optional profile information.
- Learning & enrolment: chosen courses and batches, attendance, assignments, assessments and certificates.
- Payments: transaction IDs, amounts, status and payment method. Payments are processed by payment gateways; we do not store full card or UPI details.
- Device & usage: IP address, device and browser, timestamps, pages viewed, referral URLs and cookies.
- Support: messages you send us through forms, WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.

How we use your information
- To provide admissions, batches, online and offline classes, LMS access and certificates.
- To process payments, invoices and refunds (as applicable).
- To send important notices — such as schedules, exam updates, results and offers — and to personalise recommendations.
- To improve our content, security and performance, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
- To comply with applicable laws and audit requirements.
How this website handles your information
On this website, personal information is collected only through the features below.
Technical records
Like most websites, our server keeps short-lived technical records to run the site and prevent abuse: your browsing session (including IP address and browser type) and request counters used to limit repeated attempts.
Course enquiries
When you use “Enquire Now” on a course page, we collect your name, mobile number, city/location, and — only if you give them — your email address and message, together with the course you asked about and when you sent it. These details are used only to reply to your enquiry, are visible only to DICEST staff, and are set to be deleted automatically 365 days after your latest enquiry.
Interview Practice details
Before your first practice question, we ask for your name, mobile number and city/location, with your consent. We record when you gave consent, your first and latest visit, and the number of visits. These details are not linked to your practice answers or scores. They are set to be deleted automatically 365 days after your latest visit.
Career support registration
If you register for career support, we collect your name, mobile number and/or email, qualification, skills, experience level, preferred roles and location, and — only if you choose — a resume (PDF). The resume is stored privately and only DICEST staff can open it. Registrations are visible only to DICEST staff; closed registrations, with their resume, are set to be deleted automatically 365 days after they are closed.
Interview practice answers
- Your answers are checked, but nothing is saved unless you tick a box.
- If you choose to save your score, it is kept with a random code for your browser session — not your name or contact details — for 180 days. You can delete your saved results on the practice page.
- If you also choose to share your answer text, it is kept for 30 days so DICEST can review and improve its practice questions.
Voice input and read-aloud
DICEST does not receive or store your audio. When you answer by voice, your browser or phone turns your speech into text, and many browsers use their own online speech service to do this. Only the text you submit reaches DICEST. Read-aloud uses the voices installed on your device or browser. You can always type instead.
AI Course Advisor
Your conversation with the Course Advisor is not saved. If you choose “Send this question for review”, only the question text is kept (no name, number, email or voice), for up to 90 days.
Certificate verification
When a certificate is verified, we keep a verification record: the certificate or registration number searched (only when it looks like one of our certificate numbers), the result, the time, a shortened IP address (the last part removed) and the browser type.
AI services
This website does not currently send your information to any AI service. Feedback on practice answers is based on the checklist written for each question.
WhatsApp, SMS & email communication
By sharing your number or email with us, or by starting a conversation, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, voice call or email for service messages and relevant offers.
You can ask us to stop at any time by contacting us using the details in Contact us.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method is 100% secure. We keep data for as long as it is needed to provide our services and for legal, tax and audit purposes. The retention periods for this website are listed in section 3.
Children’s data
Our courses are generally for learners aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, please enrol only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data by emailing helpdesk@dicestcomputer.com. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we may keep certain data where the law requires it.
DICEST SkillUp App: you can delete your App account and its data yourself — in the App under Profile › Delete account, or without the App on https://www.dicestcomputer.com/delete-account, which also explains what is kept and for how long.
Cross-border transfers
Your data may be processed outside India where our service providers are located. Safeguards are applied through contractual and security measures.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website or app, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
